Eligibility 1.P‑EBT 2.0 cards for young children will be mailed and reloaded following the schedule below. Young child P‑EBT cards will contain benefit amounts for October 2020 to January 2021 based on the months the child received CalFresh. The same card will then be reloaded with benefits for the months of February 2021 .
