Definitely! I have a nice regen build emphasizing faith and strength. Use blessed weapon of choice (I use +5 mace and claymore; many advocate for the mirdam hammer) and adjudicators shield for constant regen. Add a compound long bow +10 for ranged attacks.. Apply at sam
